5.     I will walk you through all of the steps in selling or buying a home. Mortgage lenders, CMA Reports, Appraisers or whatever you need to understand the selling and buying process. I won’t leave you during or after the sale I will always be there to address any questions and concerns you may have. You will always be important to me, today, tomorrow, and years later you are still my client. 

6.     Once an offer has been made I require a response in 24 to 48 hrs, confidentiality is one of my strong points.  

7.     I was born and raised in Greenwood and I am well known throughout the surrounding area. I am not a stranger to anyone in the Greenwood area.
